The villa is freshly cleaned, the pool is sparkling, and we are SO ready for you.

2.  Lockbox & Entry

Lockbox Location

The lockbox is located on the LEFT side of the parking gate.

(The lockbox password will be sent via Airbnb message before your arrival.)

 

How to Open the Lockbox

1. Turn the dials to enter the correct password.

2. Press down the black button on the left — the box will open.

3. Take out the door key.

 

How to Enter the Villa

4. This is your villa — Prada Seminyak 3.

5. Go up the stairs on the LEFT side of the building (as shown in the photo).

6. The entrance door is at the top of the stairs.

7. Use the key to unlock and open the front door.

8. Welcome! The villa is all yours.

 

⚠️  Please return the key to the lockbox and lock it when you go out.

 

3.  Wi-Fi

4.  Parking

• Free parking is available for 1 car inside the parking gate.

• Motorbike parking is also available.

• Please do not block the gate or neighboring properties.

 

5.  House Rules

• Passport copy required at check-in — local regulation.

• No smoking indoors. Ashtray is available at the pool area.

• Please keep indoor music to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

• Strictly no drugs. Bali has zero-tolerance drug laws.

• No parties or events without prior approval.

 

6.  Check-Out Guide

Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available upon request.

• Collect all your belongings.

• Turn off all air-conditioners, TVs, and lights.

• Close all windows and doors.

• Lock the front door.

• Return the key to the lockbox and lock it securely.

 

⚠️  Please let us know via Airbnb message if you need a late check-out.

 

7.  Trash & Recycling

• Place all trash in bags before disposal.

• Separate food waste from general waste.

• Leave trash bags at the designated spot outside the villa entrance.

• Do not leave trash on the street or in the pool area.

• Littering is strictly prohibited under local Bali regulations.

10.  Cultural Notes

Nyepi — Day of Silence

If your stay overlaps with Nyepi, the entire island observes complete silence. Guests must remain inside the villa, keep lights dimmed, and note that the airport is closed for 24 hours. Please check the date in advance when planning your trip.

 

Ramadan

During Ramadan, the call to prayer (adhan) from nearby mosques may be heard more prominently, and some local shops may adjust their operating hours.

 

Nature & Environment

Bali's tropical ecosystem means you may occasionally spot small, harmless insects or geckos around the villa. This is completely normal island life — nothing to worry about!

 

Noise Notice

The villa is located on Jl. Camplung Tanduk, Seminyak's lively nightlife street. Noise from nearby bars and clubs may be audible on weekend evenings and late nights. The closed living room and air conditioning in all rooms effectively minimize outside noise. Guests who are sensitive to noise are welcome to bring earplugs.

🏊 Pool Guidelines

For the safety and comfort of everyone:

• No diving in the pool.

• The pool area can be slippery when wet — please be careful.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

• Please be cautious when entering and exiting the pool.

Ironing Guidelines

• Please make sure to turn off the iron after use.

• Please use the iron on the ironing board only. Using it on the bed or floor may cause a fire hazard.

• Please store the iron only after it has completely cooled down.

• Please be careful not to tangle or damage the iron cord.
