These are the questions and answers that guests often ask.

Q ) Check-in Time?
👉 Check-in is available from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM. For late arrivals after 9:00 PM, guests can still access the villa independently using the lockbox code provided in the check-in instructions — no staff assistance is required. If you expect to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance so we can ensure everything is ready for your smooth self-check-in. 🙏


Q ) I will arrive around 12:30PM, is it possible to just drop off my luggage? 

👉Of course, no problem at all! You're welcome to drop off your luggage at 12:30PM. 

Please use the key in the lockbox to let yourself in.

Usually, it is not possible to drop off  your luggage before 11 o'clock. The reason is that guests may still be in the villa.



Q ) Do you have some scooter to rent?

👉 We don’t provide scooters at the villa, but we recommend Bikago — a reliable rental service that delivers directly to our villa for free! 🛵

They offer a range of scooters starting from around IDR 80,000/day, with helmets and a full tank included. No deposit required. You can book easily online at bikago.com

Q ) if the bathroom sink is stuck, What do you do?
👉 There is a stick under the sink. If you take it down, the water goes down.



Q ) Are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided?
👉 Yes, they are provided. The shampoo and body wash is an all-in-one product.

The shampoo and body wash is blue,

and the conditioner is pink.




Q ) Does the villa has a hairdryer?
👉 No worries at all 😊 Yes, there is a hairdryer in each bedroom. 


Q )  Are we able to decide the breakfast at a later date and pay at the villa?

👉Of course, no problem at all! You're welcome to decide closer to your arrival.

Just a quick note on payment — we accept cash only at the villa (no card payments available). Alternatively, we can arrange payment through Airbnb if that's more convenient for you.
